Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, and features offered on the 988ph platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and table game variants (collectively, the "Services").

1.2 By completing the registration process on 988ph, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 988ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

1.4 988ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via their registered email or mobile number not less than seven (7) days before taking effect.

2.1 As used throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "988ph" / "Platform" — The online gaming platform operated at 988ph.cam and all associated services, including mobile interfaces and customer support channels.
• "Account" / "Player Account" — The individual registered account created by a Player, through which they access the Services and maintain a balance.
• "Balance" — The sum of real money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, a mandatory identity verification process required before the processing of any withdrawal from a Player's Account.
• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary mechanism by which a Player permanently or temporarily restricts their own access to the 988ph platform.

3.1 The 988ph platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. 988ph employs strict age verification procedures at the KYC stage.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order — whether imposed by 988ph, by PAGCOR, or voluntarily by yourself on any other platform that participates in a shared exclusion registry.
• Beneficial Ownership: You must be playing on your own behalf, with your own funds. Playing on behalf of another person, or receiving or providing funds for another person to play, is prohibited.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active Account on 988ph. Multiple accounts held by the same person — determined by shared mobile number, device, payment method, IP address, or personal identity — constitute a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 988ph may request documentary evidence (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address) to verify your details at any time.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 988ph will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify 988ph immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

4.4 KYC Verification. Before 988ph processes your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and a contemporaneous selfie photograph. KYC submissions are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours. 988ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

4.5 Communication Consent. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving service-related communications from 988ph via your registered mobile number and email address, including security alerts, account notifications, and promotional offers (which you may opt out of at any time from your account settings).

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. 988ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time. Players are encouraged to check the Cashier section for current availability.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies across all payment methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification status and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 988ph reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. An Account that has had no activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱150 per month or closure at 988ph's discretion, with prior notice sent to the registered contact details.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 988ph are subject to specific Terms that are stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Failure to complete the Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute Bonus Abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk hedging strategies (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event) to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively meet wagering requirements in a manner that reduces individual risk.
• Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent for the purpose of triggering deposit bonuses.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture. 988ph reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to withhold pending withdrawal amounts, from any Account where Bonus Abuse is detected. The determination of what constitutes Bonus Abuse is made at 988ph's sole discretion, subject to PAGCOR oversight.

6.5 Promotional Eligibility. Certain promotions on 988ph are available exclusively to players in specific loyalty tiers, to players in particular geographic areas, or to players meeting specific wagering or deposit history criteria. Eligibility conditions are stated in full for each promotion.

7.1 You agree to use the 988ph platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable Philippine law, and PAGCOR regulations. Without limitation, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Collusion: Sharing information with other players in real time to gain an unfair advantage in live games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI betting assistants, or any automated system to interact with the platform or place wagers without genuine manual input.
• Multi-Accounting: Holding or operating more than one Account, whether concurrently or sequentially, regardless of the intent.
• Fraud: Providing false identification, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any deceptive act in connection with your Account or any transaction.
• Money Laundering: Using the 988ph platform to deposit, transfer, convert, or conceal proceeds of criminal activity. 988ph is subject to Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software, including gaining an unfair advantage from game malfunctions rather than reporting them to support.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel on or related to 988ph to threaten, harass, defame, or intimidate other players or staff.

7.2 888ph's detection systems monitor for anomalous betting patterns, account activity, and payment behavior on a continuous basis. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

8.1 All content on the 988ph platform — including but not limited to the 988ph brand name and logo, game assets, software, graphics, text, audio, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of 988ph or its licensed providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or license is granted.

8.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the 988ph platform without the express prior written consent of 988ph.

9.1 988ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how 988ph collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data are set out in the 988ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

9.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance reporting.

9.3 988ph will share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by law, including for the purposes of Anti-Money Laundering Act compliance and responsible gaming self-exclusion enforcement.

9.4 You may exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act — including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances, delete your personal data held by 988ph — by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.

10.1 988ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools, all accessible from your Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions apply immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Configure on-screen reminders that display your current session duration and cumulative net result at specified intervals.
• Loss Alerts: Define a session loss threshold that triggers an automatic notification and optional session pause.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months. Cool-off periods are irreversible until the stated duration expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with a mandatory minimum exclusion period in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. Self-excluded players are permanently blocked from re-registration for the exclusion duration.

10.2 988ph will honor all self-exclusion requests without delay and without requiring the Player to provide any reason or justification. Players who have self-excluded will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period.

10.3 The minimum age for using the 988ph platform is twenty-one (21) years. 988ph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Underage accounts will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, 988ph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 988ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 988ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 988ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 988ph will endeavor to minimize disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 988ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 Suspension by 988ph. 988ph reserves the right to suspend any Account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account is being used in breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity is occurring or has occurred;
• KYC documentation submitted is forged, altered, or otherwise false;
• A regulatory obligation requires the suspension; or
• The security of the Account or platform is at risk.

12.2 During Suspension. While an Account is suspended, the Player may not place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of suspension will be placed on hold pending completion of the relevant investigation.

12.3 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 988ph support via live chat. Prior to processing account closure, 988ph will verify your identity and confirm that there are no pending transactions, active bonuses, or compliance holds on the Account. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you through your most recently used verified payment method.

12.4 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 988ph — all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds that have not completed their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited automatically.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, transactions, or game outcomes on 988ph, you must first submit a formal complaint to 988ph support in writing (via live chat, saving the transcript, or by email to the support address stated in the footer). 988ph will investigate and respond to formal complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days.

13.3 Escalation to PAGCOR. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, or if 988ph fails to respond within the stated period, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution mechanism.

13.4 Game Outcome Disputes. Disputes concerning the outcome of any game shall be resolved by reference to 988ph's server logs and the records of the relevant game provider. In the event of any discrepancy between the Player's client-side display and the server log, the server log shall be determinative.

14.1 988ph may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights, payment conditions, or permitted uses of the platform — 988ph will provide not less than seven (7) calendar days' notice to registered Players via their registered contact details before the revised Terms take effect.

14.2 Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at 988ph.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of the document indicates when the current version took effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14.4 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the 988ph platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.3. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
